About the Wildcat Band

The Millard West Band provides students the opportunity to experience music performance through multiple ensembles. The students participate in marching band, a concert band, and have the opportunity to audition for many small ensembles throughout the school year.

Our Calendar

We have a very busy year. Stay up-to-date with the band's schedule.

Our marching season starts with summer rehearsals for band and guard varsity members on Monday evenings in June. Then, we have our band camps beginning the third week of July, marching parades in August, the Wildcat Classic on the third Saturday of September... and MORE!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

The band needs many dedicated volunteers throughout the year. All parents of current band and color guard students are automatically members of the Millard West Band Boosters. We anticipate you will want to be involved with the band program.
