Freshman Parents - There will be a brief meeting at Millard West on Monday,
July 19th at 7 p.m. to answer any questions you might have about being a
band parent. Please go to the band room and you will be directed to the

Band Camp starts on Tuesday July 20! Where has the summer gone?!
We are asking each family to help with Band Camp this year by helping with one event or camp shift.
Freshman Camp - Week 1 - July 20 - 23
Varsity Camp - Week 2 - July 26 - 30
Friday July 23 & 30 are Mass Band Days - Everyone Comes!!
Needed:
* Freshman Water Tent Workers
* Varsity Water Tent Workers
* Uniform Alterations
* Family Picnic Helpers
* Band Camp Celebration Helpers/Chaperones

It is time to sign up to work at the Wildcat Band Concession Stand at Rosenblatt Stadium.
This is THE BIGGEST fundraiser for the Millard West band program and we need EVERYONE to help in some capacity.

a TAX DEDUCTION!
