Millard Days Parade

This is an amazing opportunity for the MWHS Wildcat Marching Band to showcase their talents and give back to the Millard community. Parents, alumni, and friends... come and cheer for your favorite Wildcat band! Come in your MWHS band t-shirt and bring your lawn chair, hat, or umbrella. Be sure to arrive early to secure a good spot!

Students - take note:

• 9:00 am – Load truck at Millard West (Percussion, Tubas, Bari Sax and Guard)
• 10:00 am  – Meet at Central Middle School in the parking lot on the east side of the building. Leave instrument cases in your car.
• 11:00 am – Parade begins (we are entry number 51- the middle band)
• 12:00ish – End of parade/MW band performance.  Parents, please pick up your student at the Hobby Lobby parking lot on 138th & Q following our performance
• We will unload the equipment truck at school immediately following the conclusion of the Band's performance.  Percussion, tubas, bari sax, and guard please plan on returning to school to help unload
• Parade uniform: Green MW Band polo, khaki shorts (black for Guard), tennis shoes with SHORT BLACK socks (ankle length or no show). Remember: NO jewelry (small stud earrings only)- no hoops, no sunglasses unless prescription
• Students: You are responsible for your own ride to and from the parade.  Due to traffic congestion and lack of parking, we highly recommend carpooling!
